Please print, and complete the Heil Hospital Form, and ship with your product for service. No return authorization number is required when you complete and return this form with your product.
If you send a package via FedEx and get a tracking number for that package from FedEx, you can track your shipment using the FedEx web site at www.fedex.com.
If your product is still under warranty, please let us know in the Heil Hospital Form. Be certain to enclose a photocopy of your dated sales receipt. A copy of a dated sales receipt is required for all warranty repairs!
Acceptable payment methods
Acceptable payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal check and money order. (If paying by personal check, your order will be held until your check is cleared)
If you would like an estimate prior to repair, please specifically request one on the Heil Service Form; be certain to include your daytime telephone number and e-mail address. We will call or e-mail the quote following inspection of the product. We charge US$17.00 plus return shipping for all declined estimates.
You'll receive your repair back
Via FedEx shipping, normal delivery. Faster FedEx delivery methods are available upon request. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the party requesting the service work. All warranty repairs are returned prepaid by Heil Sound, no COD's. Turnaround time for repairs is typically three to four working days plus shipping time. FedEx will notify you via e-mail of your tracking number when the shipment is processed if you include your e-mail address.
