The Basics
Heil Sound's "Stealth" 8-pin Foster microphone connectors are specially designed for ruggedness, ease of soldering, and long-term reliability of connections. With robust strain relief and an internal insulating sleeve to prevent short circuits to the (grounded) mic connector body, Heil Sound's 8-pin connectors make construction of custom interface cables quick and easy. There's even a separate hole provided for egress of a cable pair to be used for connection to a footswitch or other control device, if desired.
