"Just wanted to tell you how extremely pleased I am with my new HM10 Dual microphone which I purchased through R&L Electronics.
I have been a ham for 41 years and have never had such flattering audio reports. My radio, an older Kenwood TS530s, is purring along like a newer vintage rig. I really like the dual element capability which is very noticeable to other stations.

"I am amazed. I sent back an essentially demolished Pro Headset last week. I received a notice from UPS a day or two later that it was being shipped back to me. It must have been repaired and re-assembled within moments of being received.
Can you get the ham bands to open up as fast ?

"Just a quick note to let you know I can finally hear my mp3 player while mowing the lawn thanks to your Quiet Phone head set. Mowing the lawn was boring before and with other head phones I could not hear the music. Now I still hate to mow grass but it is a lot more pleasing.
